OPT: Life on the Edge - The struggle to survive and the impact of forced displacement in high risk areas

Summary: Tens of thousands of Palestinian families risk being forced to leave their homes as a result of Israeli policies in the occupied territory. More than half of those affected are children. This report outlines the key findings of Save the Children's study.

Increasing numbers of families living in the occupied Palestinian territory (OPT) are being displaced as a result of evictions, house demolitions, land confiscation and military operations.

Save the Children has completed a detailed study of living conditions in high risk areas, focusing on the pressures and impacts associated with forced displacement.
