Summary: This 80-page report discusses how US-
funded "abstinence-only" programmes are
jeopardising Uganda's successful fight against
HIV/AIDS. It concludes that abstinence-only
programmes deny young people information
about any method of HIV prevention other
than sexual abstinence until marriage.
