To assist rural community and poor in economic and social spheres.
To improve life quality for poor women
To provide education to children under 18 years old who dropped out from primary education level, becoming child workers, street children, and/or victim of trafficking
To assist development of child workers working in the public sector
To study development, political, social-economic and cultural problems
