Summary: Children not included in "inclusive" budget: Where is the "Aam Bachcha" in the budget, Mr Finance Minister? [DELHI, 2 March 2010] - Indian Finance Minister’s Pranab Mukherjee’s “inclusive” 2010-11 budget does not include children despite the fact that children represent more than 42 per cent of the population.
