Experiences with Regard to the United Nations Peace-keeping Forces in Mozambique

This report aims to:
- document the experiences regarding the child abuse by the UN
Peace-keeping forces in Mozambique during the period between
April 1993 and February 1995. Emphasis will be given to events in
central Mozambique ( the provinces of Manica and Sofala) during
the period of August 1993 - March 1994.
- document the efforts of the International Save the Children
Alliance and it's member organisations in Mozambique to strive
for changes in the behaviour of the UN Forces;
- document the results of the intervention by the International
Save the Children Alliance.
- document the lessons-learnt
-make recommendations for further follow-up.
