The Children Statute 1996: Uganda's Law for Children

This picture book of the Children Statute is aimed at facilitating
easy understanding and appreciation of the law by members of
the community at village level. The need for this picture book was
indentified whilst introducing community groups to the Statute in
order to establish ways of involving them in its implementation.
This book has therefore been developed to assist in this process
and is intended for use in controlled community based groups to
stimulate discussion, understanding and the required action.
