CANADA: Children: The Silenced Citizens

[4 May 2007] - The Senate Committee on Human Rights has released a report entitled "Children: The Silenced Citizens" condeming Canada's failure to fully implement the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), which Canada ratified in 1991.
