AFRICA: Ending Corporal Punishment of Children (regional newsletter)

The Global Initiative and The African Child Policy Forum have launched a joint bi-monthly newsletter which focuses on prohibiting and eliminating corporal punishment of children across Africa. It includes news of progress towards prohibition, opportunities for engaging with law reform processes, campaigns in the region, new resources to support prohibition, upcoming events, recommendations from human rights treaty monitoring bodies and information on how to contribute to their work on the issue.

The newsletter – available in English and French – is being sent to supporters of the Global Initiative in Africa and others who we think will be interested. If you would like to be added to the mailing list, please contact [email protected].
