ACCESS TO JUSTICE: CRIN's submission for the Special Rapporteur on slavery's thematic report

This submission addresses children's access to justice in the context of contemporary forms of slavery and was made to inform the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of slavery's forthcoming report on access to justice and remedy. It draws on our global research on access to justice for children, our research on child domestic workers in the Middle East and North Africa as well as our children's rights case law database to examine how children affected by contemporary forms of slavery can access justice and the barriers they face.
