WHF is dedicated to the provision of humanitarian relief and development projects in developing countries. The Foundation was established in 1997 to provide relief to those individuals and families devastated by poverty, illness, natural disasters and conflict.

Recently, the vision of WHF has been enlarged to include sustainable developmentn and personal empowerment through the concept of "people helping people."

WHF is registed in Nigeria and the USA, with offices in Nigeria, USA and India.
