The aim of TFICORRS is to render welfare
programmes to the poor and the needy
people of Manipur so as to elevate their
standard of living up to the level of the
general.Community healthcare; adult literacy;
assistance to orphans; setting up day care
centres and educational institutions; human
resource development; micro-enterprise
development and micro credit management;
relief and rehabilitation services to victims of
violence; construction of roads; rehabilitation
for drug addicts; assitance to the elderly;
