compulsory education as a necessary
condition to reduce or abolish child
labour. The main aim of the campaign is to
enroll all school age children in
Primary Schools, monitor the
retention and improve the quality of
education. Tamilnadu Primary
Enrollment Campaign provides
training programmes for NGOs and
teachers.
