The OPA is an organisation instituted
specifically to promote children's
unity and community associations,
nationally, regionally and
internationally.
To achieve this aim, the OPA
supports and promotes two areas of
action:
1. A development project for young
children developed by young children
- The Infantile Agenda 21;
2. The implementation of the
Convention on the Rights of the
Child, specifically the fulfilment of
children's rights to associatoin and
participation with regards to social
construction and environmental
development and cooperation.
