people who live in the local area, are
aged between 8 and 18 years and
who
could benefit from having a
befriender.
GSC + YPBS liase with statutory and
voluntary agencies in the local area.
Help meet the needs of young
people "At
Risk" or "In Care". Provide an open
community referral procedure.
