Formed in 2001, ACDA functions to empower the Agoro community by providing education on relevant social and economic issues, providing a voice for the oppressed and disadvantaged and exchanging information with other local and international humanitarian organisations.
The Computers for Refugees Project for Uganda was founded on a vision of RESPECT International to deliver computer tools to partner organisations that directly service refugee youth. The immediate goal is to deliver to ACDA baseline computer hardware and software for training use and as a general resource to 806 pupils and 9 teachers.
