The Society for the Protection of the Rights of the Child - Pakistan (SPARC) is launching a petition to urge Mr. Asif Ali Zardari, the President of Pakistan, to initiate the enactment of the National Commission on the Rights of Children (NCRC) Bill, establishing an independent and central monitoring body for children's rights.
Mr. Asif Ali Zardari should also advocate for policy and systemic improvements including those related to budgetary allocations.
