Summary: The forum brings together actors from
civil society and institutions dealing
with human rights, parliamentarians
and government representatives to
discuss the situation of children and
youth in Africa. The objective is to
take stock of their situation by
focussing in particular on the existing
legal framework and on the issues
linked to their economic and social
development.
