This colloquium is a follow-up of the first 'International Colloquium on Children and Governance: Holding the State Accountable' organised by HAQ on July 21-22, 2009. The primary objective of this upcoming colloquium is to open up a global discussion on ‘governance’ from a child rights perspective and focus on the need for developing indicators for rating the responsiveness of the governance system towards children. For further details, please refer to the attached concept note. If you are interested in participating, please email us at [email protected] along with a brief background note on your work/organisation.
