ENOC training workshop on European and International complaints mechanisms for violations of children's rights

Summary: The workshop aims to present the different european and international complaints mechanisms for persistent violations of children's rights. Thus, will be presented the European Court of Human Rights and its contribution to asserting children's rights; the European Social Charter collective complaints mechanism; and the new Optional Protocol to the CRC providing a communications procedure. The workshop will take place on 4-5 June, 2012 in the Hague, the Netherlands.
