Opportunties for child rights advocates
Deadlines for NGOs to submit additional information to the Committee on the Rights of the Child are usually:
- January/February pre-sessional working group: 1 November
- May/June pre-sessional working group: 1 March
- September/October pre-sessional working group: 1 July.
All alternative reports by non-State actors should be sent to Child Rights Connect, which works with all national non-State actors to co-ordinate the submission of reports to the Committee for each country.
