CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS: OHCHR's report on investment in children

The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights is preparing a report for the March 2015 session of the Human Rights Council on the theme, "Towards a better investment in the rights of the child".
 
You are invited to contribute information on the main challenges related to the mobilization, allocation and spending of resources for children.
 
Examples of good practices undertaken to prioritize resource mobilization, allocation and spending towards child-focused sectors, such as health, education, social protection, child protection and child rights in national policies, would be appreciated.
 
Submissions, should not exceed 5 pages, and be sent by  Friday, 3 October to: [email protected]

Background
 
United Nations Human Rights Council resolution 25/6 on the rights of the child invited the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights to prepare a report on the theme "Towards a better investment in the rights of the child".
 
This report is to be presented to the Council at its twenty-eighth session (March 2015), on the occasion of the annual day of discussion on the rights of the child.
