You can find summaries of decisions by domestic, regional and international courts and complaints mechanisms. To see all cases in our legal database, select "Case law". To find cases related to the rights under the CRC, search "CRC". To find cases in the CRC in Court Database (i.e. cases that explicitly cite the CRC), search "Cited CRC" - select "All" for all cases in the CRC in Court Database, "General reference" for cases that refer to the CRC generally without citing specific articles, or a specific article.
