XVI World Congress

Summary: The central theme of the conference
is "Forging the Links". The structure
of the legal system into which
children, youth and families may be
thrust has long been the subject of
international debate.

The Congress seeks to provide the opportunity to FORGE THE
LINKS:

(i) between courts of many nations making judicial decisions on
the same issues;
(ii) between courts and the communities in which they serve;
and
(iii) between agencies working in and around the courts.
