Summary: The focus of the conference is the a
realization of the Agenda 21 by
children, locally, nationally and
internationally according to three
frameworks: Global Agendas 21 and
Habitat; the Convention on
the Rights of the Child and the Holy
Cultural Tradition of the Humanity.

Main Theme: Of the 40 themes expected for the composition of
the Children’s Agenda 21, twelve were selected and ratified by
the Commission, for this first phase in the process of its
organization and implementation:
I. Respect and Social Solidarity Pact – the vision and commitment
of children on what to do so as to guarantee people’s wellbeing
and dignity in poverty, illness, sadness, wealth, health and
happiness.
II. Bio-diversity and Human Environment Pact – the vision and
commitment of children on racism, diversity and community in
social life.
III. Participation and Children’s Social Responsibility in Common
Development Pact - the vision and commitment of children on
democracy and environmental management in cities, towns and
villages.
IV. The non-proliferation of Violence and Protection of Girls and
Women Pact – the vision and commitment of children on violence,
in particular violence against girls and women.
V. Peace and Social Security Pact – the vision and commitment of
children on Peace, the reduction or elimination of war games and
toys.
VI. Social Health Pact - the vision and commitment of children on
the consumption of industrial environment-pollutant products,
drugs and food which are prejudicial to health or which reduce
their powers of decision, fulfillment and security.
VII. Sustainable Social Agriculture Pact – the vision and
commitment of children on production, conservation and
management of food resources for self sustenance.
VIII. Responsibility and Social Management of Fresh Water – the
vision and commitment of children on the water of rivers, sources,
countryside and towns.
IX. Forest and Bio-diversity Pact - the vision and commitment of
children on deforestation and conservation of biological diversity.
X. De-polluting Pact - the vision and commitment of children on
recycling and garbage.
XI. Support for Social Positive Causes and Human Social Rights
and Responsibilities – the vision and commitment of children on
the best ways of defending the environment, women and human
dignity.
XII. Education for Children Pact – the vision and demands of
children in relation to schools.
