Summary: This report presents the findings of a
comparative research on young
people in residential care conducted
in four countries.

This report includes information on residential and foster care
systems and services Romania, the Netherlands, Finland and the
UK. It analyses the consultations with young people at national
level and makes recommendations for positive change. The report
is available in English price 350 BEF or 8.5 euro, and executive
summaries are available free of charge in English, French, Dutch
and Finnish.
