Our main tasks are:
• To build an efficient structure for lobbying, advocacy and partnership with governmental institutions;
• To provide an optimal system for active interchange of information and formation of coordinated positions;
• To build a high capacity to mobilize for common action.

Our goals as a network are:
• To build and develop an organized, active and sustainable network of NGOs in the country, recognized as a legitimate partner for all persons and entities working for the cause of children's welfare;
• To work for the establishment and implementation of holistic policies based on children's rights, to contribute to the improvement of their welfare;
• To work towards enhancing the capacity of NGOs and stakeholders;
• To provide regular and accessible flow of information to and from NGOs.
• To exploit and disseminate methodologies for sharing knowledge, information and experience.

For sustainable development of the network, we rely on:
• Shared mission and clear vision;
• Members - organizations willing to work for a common cause and for a real change in society;
• Clear, transparent and democratic procedures;
• Initiative and personal responsibility.

Our first project is operating under the PROCOPIL Programme - created and managed by Solidarite Laique - France, in partnership with FONPC - Romania and APSF - Moldova.
PROCOPIL or a Joint Programme for Local Initiatives is a program to combat abuse of children and to promote positive practices relating to children at risk. PROCOPIL in Romanian means "for the child."
This program belongs to the family of PCPA – Programme Concerte Pluri-Acteurs, financed by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of France.

Our other major project was launched in July 2009 and said "I have! Better protection of children's rights in Bulgaria”, funded by UNICEF and OAK Foundation.
Its main objective is to support the National Network for Children in Bulgaria in order to be able to effectively influence public policy on children and families.
