Communiqué du Délégué général aux droits de l'enfant - La Belgique connaît depuis plusieurs mois une augmentation très sensible du nombre de demandeurs d’asile dont une proportion considérable de mineurs étrangers non accompagnés (MENA). Alors que les jours les plus froids de l’hiver sont devant nous, la situation de nombreux MENA est déjà particulièrement inquiétante et, pour beaucoup, détestable.
