About ENOC
Established in 1997, ENOC links forty three independent offices for children from thirty five countries in Europe. Its aims are to:
- encourage the fullest possible implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child
- support collective lobbying for children’s rights
- share information, approaches and strategies, and
- promote the development of effective independent offices for children
