The protection of the rights of the child - legislation, judicial actions and policies

Summary: The presence of treaties and
agreements between the states is a
necessary action to protect the child.
Legislation allows judges to
guarantee the fundamental and
collective rights of children as
individuals in their own community.
At the same time, provisional
measures and suitable policies are
required to guarantee the
implementation of rights in
legislation.
