1.         الإسهام في تحقيق طفولة مستقرة وآمنة.

2.         التصدي لكل ما يضر بالطفولة جسميا أو عقليا أو نفسيا أو سلوكياً.

3.         تعزيز جهود الدولة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والجهات ذات الاهتمام والعلاقة في مجال الطفولة.

4.         توعية المجتمع بقضايا الطفولة وحقوق الطفل التعليمية والصحية والاجتماعية والثقافية.
