Summary: Assessment of how effective EU legislation & initiatives have been in encouraging Member States to address child sexual exploitation. The report shows that the response in Europe has moved in a uniform direction in recent years, but the nature of the government actions in each country varies owing to differing economic, social & cultural factors.
