"This study draws extensively on the views and experience of
families using NCH Action for Children's community based services
for children with disabilities. It investigates the quality of life and
financial circumstances of families following the implementation of
the Children and Community Care Acts and the introduction of
Disability Living Allowance. The study probes issues concerning
service delivery and public attitudes
