This new report from the Children's Rights Alliance for England summarises Government action on each of the 78 recommendations made by the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child in October 2002. It concludes that significant progress has only been made on 12 of the UN Committee's recommendations in the past year. This is a priced publication (£12 including postage).
