The South East European Child Rights Action Network (SEECRAN) holds first General Assembly in Sofia, Bulgaria

Summary: From 8-10 September 2001 SEECRAN
held its first ever General Assembly
in Sofia. This was attended by more
than 25 representatives from
southeast Europe. At the conclusion
of the debates and workshops, three
main priorities were identified for joint
regional networking initiatives,
namely children from minority groups,
children without parental care and
juvenile justice.
