Summary: This report contributes to the discussions on
the concept of Best Practices. Rather than
providing exact answers to the questions of
what constitutes ‘best’ and how that can be
assessed and identified in the campaign
against human trafficking, the report offers
some analytical tools that may be helpful to
scrutinise the use of the concept.
