Reporting on OPSC and OPAC: A guide for Non-Governmental Organisations

This guide aims to promote the understanding of, and effective reporting on, the OptionalProtocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography (OPSC) and the Optional Protocol to the Conventionon the Rights of the Child on the Involvement of Children in Armed Conflict (OPAC), by NGOs. The reporting processes on the OPSC and OPAC provide an opportunity fornational and international Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) to monitor States’ efforts in implementing the provisions of both these treaties, which cover some of the worst violations of child rights.

This reporting guide is also available in French and Spanish (see: CRC/NGO reporting Page).
