REPORT: Count Every Child - the right to birth registration

This report documents Plan’s work with children, parents, communities, partners and governments throughout the Universal Birth Registration campaign. It examines the issues and the impact of non-registration for children today and in the future, and highlights the challenges faced in achieving birth registration for every child.

The aim of this report is to help future campaigners to build on our knowledge and examples of good practice. Plan encourages you to replicate and adapt the campaign’s successes, to ensure that the right to birth registration becomes a reality for all children.
