Our Right to be Protected from Violence. Activities for Learning and Taking Action for Children and Young People

Summary: The Secretariat of the United Nations Secretary-General’s Study on Violence against Children in collaboration with the International Save the Children Alliance, UNICEF, and
the World Organisation of the Scout Movement for their support and involvement in the development of these materials.

In addition to the Secretary-General's report to the General Assembly and a book called World Report on Violence against Children, some materials have been prepared specially for children. Children and young people played a large part in producing these, helped by Save the Children.This is an educational booklet designed to provide children and young people over the age of 12 with information about violence and ideas for actions they can take to prevent violence and respond to it. In addition to the Secretary-General's report to the General Assembly and a book called World Report on Violence against Children, some materials have been prepared specially for children.
