Summary: This report is the mid-term implementation
report of the ILO's IPEC for the biennium 2004-
2005. Part I reviews the current state of
research and knowledge on child labour and
IPEC's research projects underway to help
close some of the existing gaps. It summarizes
IPEC's response to the problem of child labour
and its strategy to assist ILO member states
