India: Children Speak Newsletter, November 2006

Children Speak, highlights the status of vulnerable children – particularly refugees – worldwide. This edition includes an article on the legal provisions for protection of children in India, by Maitri Porecha. Immigration Attorneys, Toni and Allegra Manglavetti, present a case for improving the provisions for refugee children in Canada. There is also a report of the updates of Organisation for the Protection of Children's Rights's project with destitute runaway children in Mumbai, India.
