Summary: This paper presents proposals for
the future of the GMfC for debate
and discussion. It is the result of
workshops at the Third PrepCom and
in London. At the London meeting,
main issues addressed were (1)
consideration of common future
action for the GMfC after the Special
Session and (2) discussion of
possible models for the future
structure and governance of the
GMfC.
