A Fair Chance

Summary: 65 million girls are currently denied
access to education. Yet giving all
girls a fair chance to learn is
practical, affordable & essential.
Some of the poorest countries in the
world have done it. Drawing lessons
from their success, this study by the
GCE outlines a realistic approach to
achieving the UN goal of attaining
gender equality in education by 2005.
