Child Prostitution in Britain Dilemmas and Practical Responses

Working with children involved in prostitution presents particular
challenges
and dilemmas for the agencies charged with responding to these
young
people. This collection of contributions brings together, , the
experiences of
all the key organisations and professions working with children
involved in or
at risk of involvement in prostitution: social services, the police,
the legal
profession, health, voluntary organisations, the youth service,
self-help
groups, and others. To this is added an overview of the research
and current
thought on young people and prostitution.
