Summary: This study, conducted among 1,408
children of 19 districts, states that
the average earning of these
labourers is 3 to 9 hundred rupees
per month (US$5 to 15).
The report claims 95% of total child
labourers working in this area are
boys, as girls hesitate to come into
primary contact with customers.
