This report provides a comprehensive review of the international, regional and national level legislation in six Asian countries; Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Thailand. The review includes country-specific recommendations, including calls for better enforcement, improved protection and care for victims, child-sensitive legislation, child-friendly procedures during prosecution, and closer bilateral and regional cooperation.”
