A revised list of topics to be discussed in relation to the review of mandates has been circulated. Please note that this framework is likely to be further reviewed in light of the on-going discussions. Furthermore, kindly be advised that the extranet webpages for the "Working group on review of mandates and mechanisms" has been re-formatted for easier reference, so as to allow for a distinction between the 3 processes covered by the Working group - i.e. complaint procedure, expert advice, and special procedures. NGOs are therefore kindly invited to submit, whenever possible, any future contributions on each of these 3 processes separately. Please note that the extranet page for the "Working group on UPR" has also been slightly changed. Finally, upon delivery of oral statements at the Working group segments, kindly submit an electronic copy to Laura Dolci-Kanaan (ldolci-kanaan@ohchr.org) and Dina Sabry Fivaz (dfivaz@ohchr.org) for further posting on the extranet.
