PARTICIPATION: Consultation on Council of Europe draft recommendation on child and youth participation

The Council of Europe is developing a recommendation to its 47 member states on the participation of children and young people under 18 in decisions affecting them. A draft of this recommendation is now available for comments from NGOs and ombudspersons for children.

The Council of Europe is actively involving children in the work on this recommendation and you are also very welcome to consult children before sending your comments, either through existing forums or a methodology for a half-day workshop we developed for that purpose.
