Commission on Human Rights to Suspend its Work Again

The Expanded Bureau of the 62nd session of the Commission on Human Rights just decided this afternoon that the Commission will reconvene on Monday 20 March 2006 in Room XVII to immediately adjourn its discussions again. This new suspension is intended to allow members of the Bureau to continue discussions towards consensus regarding the adoption of the agenda of the 62nd session. Nevertheless, the Commission might meet again in the course of next week. More information will be made available soon.
