The project aims to build the capacity of youth and refugee/internally displaced people (IDPs)/migrant organisations in European Union and Eastern Europe and Caucasus countries by sharing information about in current and future bi- and multilateral European Voluntary Service (EVS) projects. The programme includes input by experts, transfer of know-how, discussion groups and workshops as well as project visits to refugee and IDP Centres in Baku and surrounding areas to provide first-hand information and multiple learning opportunities.
