Turkey: 10th International Training Programme on Sexual and Reproductive Health of Adolescents/Young People

This year, the 10th International Training Programme on  Sexual and Reproductive Health of Adolescents/Young People will be held on  1-12 November 2010 in Ankara, Turkey.

The Programme aims to empower health service managers with knowledge and skills to provide support young people on sexual and reproductive health issues.

The two-week training course, which will be delivered in English, is for a maximum of 20 people.

The International Children’s Center (ICC) has been organising this annual training event since 2001 in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

The ICC is looking for participants who have a medical or social science background and have a strong grasp of English. Candidates should either be working for an NGO or for a government department in the field of adolescence/ youth and/or adolescent/ youth reproductive health.
